Mandala is used in different religions, it is also an art form which is often used by art therapists to help individuals reflect on themselves. It is a portrait of inner self. Through mandala meditation, we focus on drawing mandalas inspired by our inner selves, and meditate on the completed drawings to receive the messages they communicate to us.

My logo was a mandala that I created with acrylic on canvas then transferred to a digital image. You will be able to see the original painting when you come visit me!

What to expect in a Mandala Workshop

A Mandala Workshop is about 3 hours. We will usually start with a guided meditation before we begin to work on your mandala. We will then finish with a short demonstration on how to meditate with your mandala.
Acrylic paint, water colours, felt pen, drawing and painting tools and a 20cm x 20cm canvas will be provided. If you would like to get a different size canvas or paper, please feel free to discuss with me so that we can adjust the time and cost accordingly.

I am currently offering an hour online Mandala Drawing & Meditation via Zoom which is slightly different from face-to-face workshop. Please find the dates on the side bar or the classes page.
