Q: Are Meditation, Gong Bath and working with Mandala religious?

A: They are not a religion. Although some religions practice meditation, use the gongs or create Mandala as ritual symbols, they are beneficial exercises to be enjoyed by everyone, with or without a religion. You don’t have to be a yogi to practice yoga. It’s the same with what I am offering.

Q: Do I have to sit cross legs?

A: No, you don’t. We focus on breathing during meditation exercise. You can sit in any positions which allow you to breath comfortably. We’ll talk about different positions during our first lesson.

A: Just wear anything you feel comfortable with, we will usually be sitting on a chair or lying on the floor.

Q: Do I have to bring anything?

You may also like to bring a small blanket when the weather get cooler. Some people bring a sleeping bags for the gong bath!
